By purchasing a sizing kit. You choose your preferred shape/length & once you receive it, try the blank nails on to see what numbers fit each finger. If you don’t fit the sizes extra small-large, you are a custom size. You can also measure from home using the sizing guide, however, all shapes may fit differently depending on your nail beds.
Unfortunately, due to the nail sets being handmade, no refunds or remakes of sets can be made. To make sure your nails fit perfectly, make sure to order a sizing kit in the shape/length of your choice
Every order comes 10 press-on nails (per set) packaged in a sturdy and cute acrylic box. Each order comes with a nail prep kit (glue, nail adhesive tabs, buffer, file, cuticle pusher, alcohol pad) , & thank you card.
My standard processing time is 4-10 days. Based on how many sets and where you are in line. I do offer a VIP Processing Upgrade option for an additional charge, for those who need or want their nails quicker. The processing upgrade moves you to the front of the line, so processing takes 1-3 days (based on amount of sets ordered).

Due to the sensitive nature of the product, NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES are allowed. Cancellations are only allowed if you contact with 24 hours after your purchase/and only if your order has not been started yet. Please reach out to me with any issues. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send a photo of the item if possible.
