HOW DO I FIND OUT MY PRESS-ON SIZE?

By purchasing a sizing kit. You choose your preferred shape/length & once you receive it try the blank nails on to see what numbers fit each finger.

If you don’t fit the sizes extra small-large, you are a custom size.

You can also measure from home using the sizing guide, however, all shapes may fit differently depending on your nail beds.

WHAT IF THE NAILS I PURCHASED DON’T FIT?

Unfortunately due to the nail sets being handmade, no refunds or remakes of sets can be made. To make sure your nails fit perfectly, make sure to order a sizing kit in the shape/length of your choice.

WHAT COMES WITH MY ORDER?

Every order comes with a nail prep kit (glue, nail adhesive tabs, buffer, file, cuticle pusher, alcohol pad) , & thank you card.

HOW LONG DO THE NAILS LAST?

The nails can last you anywhere from 2-4 weeks.

That will always come down to how well you prep your natural nails & how rough you are with your hands on a daily basis.

CAN I REPLACE A SINGLE NAIL IF I LOSE ONE?

Yes , use the replacement nail listing!

HOW MANY NAILS COME IN A NAIL SET?

10 nails come in each set.

Made To Order is 4-10 business days.

Ready To Ship is the following day.

Standard shipping is usually 3-5 business days.

DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS?

Yes. Please message me on ETSY with any custom request you have. Include photos of what you're interested in. I can't guarantee I can do what you're looking for, but if I can, I will gladly take your custom order.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/CANCELLATONS
Due to the sensitive nature of the product, NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES are allowed. Cancellations are only allowed if you contact with 24 hours after your purchase/and only if your order has not been started yet.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send a photo of the item if possible.
